Natalie Leon is an Exercise & Movement Specialist, Athletic Coach and Wellness Coach. In 2009, she completed her master’s degree in Exercise Science, Nutrition and Eating Behaviours at George Washington University in Washington, DC. In addition, Natalie is an ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist and an ACSM WELLCOACHES Health & Wellbeing Coach. Her education and practical experience equip her to provide exercise guidance, nutritional coaching and wellness support to both the general population and specialised sub-populations.
